Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and have all Babyboo security tags intact.
Ship It Back
Download and print your return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, a store credit voucher will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
